Theme: Touch the real silence and your real self though yoga and meditation practice.

Price: EUR 304.- (included: accommodation, food, yoga practice, meditation: passive and active, evening talks etc.) !!! Possibility to stay in tents, in this case the price will be EUR 235 .- !!!

Place: Miķeļtornis, 150m from the beach.

First payment upon registration: 85.- Price for partial participation per day: 75.- Arrival on 9.07. from 15:00-16:00

9.07.19 (Tuesday) arrival - from 15:00 16:00-18:00 – Asanas 18:15 - dinner

10.,11.,12.and 13.07.19 (Wednesday,Thursday, Friday, Saturday.): waking up – individual 07:00-08:00– morning walk, meditation 08:15 – tea break 09:00-12:30 – Asanas 13:00 – lunch 16:00-18:00- Asanas 18:15 – dinner 20:15- 21:00 – talks 22:00 – bed time

14.07.19 (Sunday): waking-up – individual 07:00-08:00– morning walk, meditation 08:15 – tea break 09:00-12:30 – Asanas 13:00 – lunch, leaving after the lunch
